St George’s University, London, offers a range of scholarships to outstanding students wishing to pursue postgraduate studies at UK health colleges.

Established as an independent medical school in 1976, St. George’s University is the medical school of choice in the Caribbean.

It will become a major center for international medical education, attracting more than 150 medical and MD students, graduates, and faculty from as far away as the island of Grenada.

St. George’s University currently offers scholarships to applicants for the Global Health Master’s program from low-income, lower-middle-income, or upper-middle-income countries as defined by the World Bank.

St George University Scholarship Requirements:

To be eligible for a St George University Scholarship you must:

have completed an application for the course, either full-time or part-time study
not already be qualified at Masters level or above (e.g. Ph.D.)
must be self-funding (courses fully funded by the NHS or students receiving employer or sponsor funding are not eligible)
have or be predicted to obtain at least a 2:1
be from a low-income, lower-middle-income or upper-middle income country as defined by the World Bank.

All eligible candidates will be shortlisted on July 1, 2024 (please note that scholarships cannot be deferred beyond 2023).
Applicants with the highest scores in all courses will be considered for the scholarship and may be invited for an interview.
